Tortura ex Machina was the first exhibition, spread out over two rooms, in the new gallery of Kunstruimte Wagemans. The former woodworkshop was used as surrounding for an installation of several torture machines which turned, twisted and bended wooden beams in many different and painfull ways. The tension was very real and tangible.
